This bathroom renovation transformed a worn-out, outdated space into a modern and elegant retreat. Starting with a complete demolition, we uncovered and addressed major structural issues, including damaged subflooring and outdated plumbing, to create a solid foundation for the redesign.

The new bathroom features luxurious marble tile on both the walls and floors, adding sophistication and durability. A spacious walk-in shower with a frameless glass partition and a rain showerhead creates a spa-like atmosphere, while a LED-backlit circular mirror above a modern vanity provides both style and functionality.

With updated lighting, optimized layout, and premium fixtures, this renovation delivers a seamless blend of luxury and practicality, offering a calming and stylish space for daily routines.

Problems Encountered During the Job:

During demolition, we uncovered a range of issues that needed to be addressed to ensure a safe and high-quality renovation. These included: Damaged Subflooring: The original subfloor was weak, uneven, and in need of replacement due to rot and age. Plumbing Challenges: Outdated plumbing infrastructure required extensive updates to support modern fixtures and ensure efficient water flow. Wall Damage: Years of wear had taken their toll on the walls, which showed signs of mold and required significant repair and sealing before tiling.
